Cancellation policy

Some Envelopes of Adventure products may be offered as recurring subscriptions or prepaid subscription options. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for these purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a recurring Envelopes of Adventure subscription, you agree to receive and pay for the subscription according to the billing frequency and terms shown at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored by our payment provider and charged automatically for each renewal unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Cancellation will prevent future subscription charges and shipments. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.

If you cancel after a renewal payment has been processed, that payment may not be refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or provided for in our Refund & Return Policy.

You can manage your subscription using the subscription-management link provided in your order or subscription emails, where available. You may also contact us for assistance with cancellation.

Prepaid Subscriptions

Some subscription options may be purchased in advance for a set period, such as 6 or 12 months.

Prepaid subscriptions cover the subscription period purchased at checkout and do not automatically renew unless the checkout terms specifically state otherwise.

Cancelling a prepaid subscription will generally prevent any future renewal but does not automatically provide a refund for the remaining prepaid subscription period.

Refunds and exceptions are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Envelopes of Adventure may offer products for pre-order.

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is ready for shipment.

Any estimated shipping or release date provided at the time of purchase is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has entered the fulfilment or shipping process.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation, although you may have rights under our Refund & Return Policy or applicable consumer protection legislation.

If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Changes to Subscription Information

If you need to change your shipping address or other subscription information, please make the change as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that changes made after an order has been processed will apply to that shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their account and shipping information is accurate and up to date.

Try Before You Buy

Envelopes of Adventure does not currently offer a “try before you buy” purchasing option. If this changes in the future, the applicable terms will be provided before you complete your purchase.
